19 out of 24 (79%) applicants were selected for the NUPOC program after a rigorous technical interview process at Naval Reactors HQ in Washington DC.
Those applicants that were not selected showed significant weaknesses in Calculus and Physics. This seems to be a continuing trend.
It is very important for NUPOC applicants to spend time studying Calculus and Physics.
